-Damage resulting from the customer mishandling the goods

-Special orders, seasonal items, and promotional items
How to return a product
Please contact us by email or by phone at 1-888-505-7028. A member of our customer service team will get back to you shortly to help process your return.
Please provide the following information about the product you would like to return:
• Your order number
• The product code
• The product lot number (Where to find it?)
If you received a damaged product
It is the customer's responsability to inspect the condition of their order immediately upon reception.
If a product arrives and is damaged, you must inform us of the problem within 7 days. Please follow these steps
1) Contact our customer service by email or by phone
2) Provides us with your order number, product code of the damaged product and lot number
3) Attach in your email a picture of the damaged product.
General information about nuts and dried fruits
Nuts and dried fruits are fragile and sensitive to temperature, particularly heat and humidity. To guarantee the freshness + taste of your products, store them in a cool and dry place.
Quick tips: To ensure long-lasting freshness, store your nuts in an air-tight container and place them in the freezer, and store your dried fruit in an air tight container and place them in the refrigerator.
