I. PUMPKIN POWERED BISCUITS
To make 4-6 serves: in a bowl, combine ⅓ cup butter, ⅓ cup coconut oil, ⅔ cup organic coconut sugar, and 3 eggs (or flax eggs), and set aside. In another bowl, mix 1 cup organic buckwheat flour, ¼ cup organic pumpkin seed protein powder, 1 ½ cup organic oats,1 ½ cup organic dried cranberries, 1 ½ cup raw cashew pieces, 1 teaspoon baking soda. Pour in the wet ingedients and shape the mixture into balls (using approximately a tablespoon of dough per bowl). Place them on a sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 365 F for 8-10 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy!
II. PUMPKIN FLAVOURED LATTE
Upgrade your latte drinking habit with a naturally flavored latte that can brighten any rainy days and spice up the sunny ones! To make 1 serving: combine 1 tablespoon organic pumpkin protein powder, 1 cup coffee, 1/4 cup almond milk and 1 tablespoon organic coconut butter in a blender, following the order listed.
