We are committed to your satisfaction, and in the case that a product does not meet your standards, we will gladly take the time to ensure any issues are dealt with as quickly as possible. Please note that returns are only applicable within 14 days of purchase.


5 easy steps to return your product:

1- Login to "My Account”

2- Click on "Review Past Orders”

3- select the relevant order you wish you return

4- Fill in the fields with the appropriate information and clearly state in the comments the reason for your return

5- Press continue and one of our customer service reps will contact you shortly to help process your return

If a product arrived damaged, email info@yupik.ca or call us toll-free at 1-888-505-7028.

Please note:

Respectfully, store management and our customer service team reserve the right to deny refunds based on the following criteria:

-Products purchased after 14 days

-Repackaged goods

-Cross-contamination

-Infestation

-Damage resulting from the customer mishandling the goods

-Products not purchased from Yupik.ca

-Special orders, seasonal items, and promotional items

Back orders

We do our very best to avoid back orders. In the case that you do order a product that is on back order, our customer service team will contact you and offer to replace your product with another, or remove the product from your order and receive full credit for that particular product.

General information about nuts and dried fruits:

Nuts and dried fruits are fragile and sensitive to temperature, particularly heat and humidity. To guarantee the freshness + taste of your products, store them in a cool and dry place.

Quick tips: To ensure long-lasting freshness, store your nuts in an air-tight container and place them in the freezer, and store your dried fruit in an air tight container and place them in the refrigerator.
